Dr. Goldsmith received his undergraduate degree and Master's degree in Biology from the University of Denver. He attended medical school at the University of Colorado. He completed his medical residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. He is board certified in Internal Medicine.

Dr. Goldsmith was chosen a "Top Doctor to the Quality Assessment Committee" for Rose Hospital. "Additionally, he has been recognized as a 5280 Magazine "Top Internal Medicine Doctor" by his peers for 2015, 2014 and 2010.  

Dr. Goldsmith enjoys traveling, gardening, and other outdoor activities.
